Utah Rocks!

After Salt Lake City we headed to the south west corner of Utah driving through typical American back country landscape to canyonland. Our first stop was Zion National Park where we spent the rest of the day driving through the beautiful red rocks of the national park and going for walks amongst the canyon.

Today we got up and drove a couple of hours east to Bryce Canyon which is most famous for its ampitheatre which has been created over millions of year through water and weather erosion. We spent 3 hours here driving to the various look out points which reminded us of seeing the Grand Canyon on our honeymoon.

My view is that Bryce is better than Grand Canyon but take a look at the photos for your opnion.

Ross and I are looking at these pics and we've decided that we must take the family cross-country sometime soon.... we just need to decide where to leave Henry. :)

Completely agree that Zion and Bryce are SO much better than the grand canyon. Good call! N xo

Hey Kris, loving the Canucks tee-shirt, looks great. But we want to see more of it in the USA.
