After weeks of scrubbing and doing repairs our house is ready to hit the rental market. We have put it on with Lanes Estate Agents available from the start of may, which gives us a couple of months to find a tenant and things are looking good as less than a week in we already have a viewing booked in.

So fingers crossed we should have someone in place before we leave at the end of may.
